TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Reservation Cancellation:
   If the required deposit is not received within 12 hours of booking, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

2. Confirmation Email:
   Upon successful settlement of the deposit, a confirmation email containing essential reservation details will be sent. Please note that a reservation is deemed insecure and incomplete until the confirmation email is received.

3. Agreement to Cancellation Policy:
   By submitting the deposit, you confirm your agreement to adhere to the cancellation policy outlined above.

4. Accommodation Tax and Balance Settlement:
During check-in, the applicable Greek accommodation tax will be charged in accordance with local regulations.
In addition, the full remaining balance of the reservation must be settled at check-in as a condition for receiving access to the accommodation, including issuance of room keys.
Guests will not be granted access to the room unless the outstanding balance is paid in full. Payment must correspond to the total number of nights originally reserved, and it is not permitted to settle a lesser amount (e.g., fewer nights) at check-in unless the reservation has been formally modified and confirmed in advance.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY 

You can cancel for free until 21 days before arrival. If you cancel within 21 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total price of the deposit. The no-show fee will be the deposit amount if you don’t show up.
